A compact, phased sterile-manufacturing campus

The proposed Aqua Pure IV facility is a single-storey (with mezzanine services) parenteral manufacturing and logistics campus developed from the AQI-D4 master plan. Process flow runs west-to-east: utility & personnel entry, compounding, ISBM blow-fill-seal, sterilization, visual inspection and packaging, feeding a central high-bay warehouse. All figures below are transcribed from the issued master-plan drawing and are presented as indicative / design-stage unless otherwise noted.

The process is arranged linearly from the utility / personnel entrance toward the packing and warehouse ends of the building.

    West edge: PW/WFI generation, power inlet, QC/admin controlled personnel entrance.

    Twin 15,000 L SS316L tanks on an elevated stainless platform; dispensing & raw-material airlocks to the south.

    North-central: bottle moulding, filling & sealing in a Grade A/B laminar-flow enclosure.

    Sterilization

    Central-east: water-bath terminal autoclave, loading/cooling zones, Grade B/D corridors.
